Traditionally Hand-Forged Blade

The picnic knife is made from high-carbon steel consisting of a single layer. Our picnic knife is hand-forged and heat treated by our experienced blacksmiths following century old traditions. The diligent manufacturing process results in a Rockwell hardness between 58 and 60 HRC. High-quality material combined with hand-forged manufacturing makes the picnic knife particularly durable and long-lasting.

The handle is made of premium rosewood, giving it a strong and natural look. Rosewood is like pakkawood an exquisite wood for knife handles, thanks to its high density and water-resistancy. The high-quality blade and handle are the perfect balance between rigidity and toughness, making our picnic knife more resistant, sharp and durable. Usage

Thanks to its blade of only 4.5 mm (0.18 inch), the picnic knife lets you cut effortlessly and precisely through almost everything. Whether you would like to quickly slice a chicken breast on a picnic, or prepare vegetables and steaks for a BBQ while camping: the picnic knife will do the task effortlessly. With a weight of 257 g (0.6 lbs) and a length of 24.5 cm (9.6 inch) it is ideal for cutting nearly everything. The 13 cm (5.11 inch) blade makes cutting very easy for both experienced and hobby cooks.
