😱 Black Friday — Our Biggest Sale of the Year

Scam Awareness & Official Websites

Over the past few years, we have unfortunately seen an increasing number of scam websites and fraudulent sellers copying our brand, content, and visuals in order to deceive customers.

These scammers are not affiliated with us in any way and often use misleading tactics to appear legitimate.

We want to help you shop safely and clearly identify our only official websites.

This page also explains why you may have been redirected here from a previously fraudulent domain.

Our Only Official Websites

The only legitimate domains operated by us are:

We have been operating under these domains since 2019 and have served thousands of customers worldwide.

If you are not on one of these domains, you are not on our official website.

Common Scam Tactics We’ve Identified

Fraudulent sites and individuals typically use one or more of the following methods:

  • Slight domain variations, such as:
    • Missing letters (e.g. couteau-damas.com without the “x”)
    • Extra words, hyphens, or numbers
    • New extensions like .shop.boutique.store, etc.
  • Copying our product photos, descriptions, and branding
  • Unrealistic offers, such as:
    • “Buy now, we’ll refund you later and you keep the knives”
    • Extremely low prices that do not reflect the real value of the products
  • Direct messages or emails claiming to represent our company
  • Counterfeit knives shipped directly from China
  • Or no shipment at all

These websites change domains frequently, which makes it impossible to track or take legal action against all of them.

We Will NEVER:

  • Ask you to purchase products with the promise of a later refund
  • Offer “free knives” after payment
  • Contact you privately to request payment outside our website
  • Operate under any other domain names
  • Sell our products through random third-party websites or social media messages

How to Shop Safely

To make sure you are ordering from us safely:

  • Always check the domain name carefully
  • Only place orders on one of our official websites
  • Be cautious of offers that seem too good to be true
  • If in doubt, contact us directly through our official website

Legal Action & Domain Redirects

In some cases, we have been able to take legal or administrative action against websites that were fraudulently impersonating our brand. When successful, control of those domains is transferred to us.

To protect customers and avoid further confusion, some of these previously fraudulent domains now redirect to this scam awareness page.

If you arrived here via a redirected domain, please note:

  • The redirect is intentional and legitimate
  • It means the domain was previously used for fraudulent purposes
  • You are now on one of our official websites
  • The redirect exists solely to warn and protect visitors

Unfortunately, scammers frequently register new domains with small variations and different extensions. While we cannot prevent all abuse, we continue to take action whenever possible to shut down fraudulent activity and protect our customers.

What to do if you placed an order on one of those sites

If you placed an order on a fraudulent website believing it was operated by us, we are truly sorry this happened to you. Unfortunately, these scam websites are designed specifically to mislead customers by impersonating legitimate brands.

While we are not able to access or manage payments made to third-party scam websites, there are steps you can take:

What You Should Do Immediately

  • Contact your bank or card issuer as soon as possible
  • Explain that you were the victim of an online scam / fraudulent merchant
  • Ask about a chargeback or payment reversal
  • In many cases, banks are able to recover or block the transaction, especially if reported quickly

If you paid via credit card or certain online payment providers, buyer protection may apply.

Important to Know

  • The scam websites are not affiliated with us, and we do not receive any payments made through them
  • We cannot ship products, issue refunds, or access orders placed on fraudulent domains
  • Reporting the transaction promptly gives you the best chance of recovering your funds

Unsure? Contact Us Before Ordering

If you are unsure whether a website, email, or message is legitimate, we strongly encourage you to contact us before making a purchase. We are always happy to confirm whether an offer or domain is genuine.

Your trust matters to us, and we take brand misuse and customer safety very seriously.
