Description
The 33-layer Damascus Knives are crafted out of a 33 layer VG10 damascus steel. These knives have a seriously sharp edge, extremely hard (hardness : 60-61 HRC), excellent edge retention and a light center balanced feel. The handles on these knives are half rounded octagonal Japanese zelkova wood that recalls the images of Japanese tradition. The ferrule/bolster is made of mahogany wood, more durable and less prone to cracking compared to horn material

Très bon couteau. J’avais déjà le kiritsuke du même artisan. A partir du moment où j’ai eu une date d’envoi du colis, tout à été très vite. Le couteau était très bien emballé dans sa boîte traditionnelle. Seul petit bémol : les délais entre la validation de la commande et les informations d’expédition sont longs. Je n’ai pas eu de réponse au mail que j’avais envoyé suite à mes inquiétudes pour la date de reception. Quoiqu’il en soit, je suis sincèrement content de cette commande malgré les quelques commentaires négatifs sur certains sites internet. Faites des progrès en
communication et ce sera parfait.
