This santoku was designed by Masutani, also known as Kunihira. The blade is VG10 premium Japanese high-carbon steel with a stain resistant cladding. Masutani managed to keep the traditional balance point, profile, and a lightweight knife while having a western-style handle. This can be your everyday go-to knife for surgically cutting up veggies.
