Perfect 👌

The knife is really good and does everything it should do and well. But the very tip of the knife had a very small bump that doesn’t affect its use but makes wiping it off a bit more difficult and possibly dangerous. It’s not worth sending the knife back, and because carbon steel is soft, the bump can probably be manually honed off. But nothing is perfect.

No comment other than shortening the knife handle

received my new Damas knife after a 6 week wait mainly due to airline holdups. The knife is beautifully made , easy to hold and use. The craftsmanship is very good and love the designs in the metal on the blade.
My only criticism of this knife is a small flaw on the cutting edge of the blade. Which is a bit disappointing due to the high cost of the knife.

So gar, so good. All I sliced with this impressing heavy knife was a carrot. Longterm use has to come. It looks to be a very good knife. It will have to proof sustainable sharpness.

I ordered it last week, but when I get it I was disappointed. It’s not so sharp. Compare whit my other chef knives it has an average sharpness! I sharpen it twice during 1 week so I start to suspects. Measure the hardness and it is not 61 HRC! It was less than 30 HRC. The wood handle is clicking!! So I was wery disappointed!!!!
2 star because it has a wery good looking!
